Cancellation/Refund Policy

Elite Edge Massage Therapy & Recovery requires a £50 deposit to be paid upfront.

• The booking requires full payment prior to the appointment and is non-refundable. I hold the right to keep all payments.
• You can reschedule your appointment and the payment can be transferred over to your future booking.
• Any cancellation under 24 hours will not be transferable and I reserve the right to hold your payment.
• If you cancel on the day then you will be charged the same as your appointment charge.
• If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• The payment secures your appointment, so the appointment will only be confirmed upon paying upfront via Fresha or BACS.
• Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment - if you're late then you may not be able to get the full time for the appointment and the charge still stands.
