FAQ's

What can I expect from treatments at Elite Edge?

We advise you to book an initial consultation so we can tailor treatments to your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept direct bank transfers or payments using our online booking system Cliniko (payments are made via Stripe)

Will my treatment be painful?

Treatments should feel therapeutic, not painful. If you experience any pain during your session please let us know.

As therapists, do you hands hurt doing these treatments?

We ensure a careful balance; leaving an adequate amount of time between each appointment and we only do a certain number of treatments in a day to prevent injury.

What clothing should I wear when coming for a treatment?

You should either wear or bring with you a t-shirt or vest top, shorts, and ladies should wear a bra that unhooks at the back.

I am nervous for my treatment, what should I do?

We create a safe space to ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. This includes room temperature treatments designed to relax your nervous system to ensure you get the most out of your session. There is also a coffee shop on site and a stunning lakeside view to help calm you down.

Do you offer memberships?

We are introducing a loyalty card system and we also have credit notes that you can use for yourself or a friend.

Who are your providers for reimbursed treatments?

We cover a wide range of insurances due to our qualifications, but you can double check with your provider too.

If you're self employed, you can use our invoice to use against business expenses.
